Azam 2015? In progress...and I am happy about it!
1. Keep fit... zumba! and once a fortnight walk in the park...
2. Water therapy... bercita-cita untuk minum air alkali, at least 2 litres daily
3. New in my diet...tons of garlic and alfalfa...
I just want to be healthy...need the EXTRA vigour, patience, wisdom and enthusiasm in life!
