The recipe!

For the 7 day challenge, the main dish is the cabbage soup. Terlupa pulak nak share the recipe. If you Google, you will find many varying recipe. But here's the one I based on, with minor tweaking....hihihi

6 large onions
1 large cabbage
1 or 2 cans of tomatoes
2 green peppers
1 bunch of celery
1 packet of vegetable soup mix

Season with salt, pepper or hot sauce, if you wish!

Cut vegetables in small or medium pieces and cover with water. Boil first for 10 minutes, then simmer until vegetables are tender. This soup can be eaten any time you are hungry. Eat as much as you want, when ever you want. It will not add calories. The more you eat, the more you will lose.
Ahah! Me so Melayu, hence I did some tweaking to the recipe. So, azween share my version pula...

3 biji bawang besar - dicincang halus / potong dadu
1/4 kobis
2 biji tomato merah
1 biji capsicum / green pepper
3 batang celery - dipotong halus
Segenggam daging ayam atau daging lembu - dipotong halus
Garam buluh - 2 sudu teh
Herba: Lada sulah / Lada hitam tumbuk / mixed herbs / Italian herbs

Sila masak:
Masukkan bawang dan ayam/daging (nahiiiiiii minyak!) dan secukup air (sekadar boleh tenggelamkan bahan).
Biar mendidih - bawang layu dan ayam separuh masak.
Kemudian campurkan semua sayuran KECUALI tomato. Tambah air, seperti rupa sup.
Biarkan air menggelegak dan sayuran lembut - agak-agak 5 minit je
Masukkan sedikit herba (nak campur semua pun boleh!)
Last sekali, terjunkan tomato dalam sup!
Bila tomato lembut. Padam api.
Kemudian baru letak garam. Bukan sebarang garam ye. Garam buluh! Jaga kesihatan tau ...ahaks!

Things to avoid in soup:
1. MSG - can cause bloated-ness for about 3 days...hence your weight lose regime is not 'that' effective
2. Carrots!

Resipi azween cukup untuk 4 mangkuk sup. Boleh juga simpan untuk 2 hari, kalau tak jelak! My view: I would do a 2 days stock of soup. And by the 3rd day, I would vary the recipe to include a handful of mushroom! Baru ada variety! Else, I think I could vomit at the sight of cabbage.

PRECAUTION! Please detox all veggies and chicken or meat. This soup aims to create a better and healthier eating pattern for you. We don't want you to eat pesticides and unnecessary fats as well... So here's how I detox my ingredients!

Euwwww! Please detox you chicken or beef ya! We don't want to have this 'euuwwww' stuff in our tummy. Hence, less effective absorption of vitamins and goodness from our healthy food!
